Huxley feat. S-Man - Callin' (Voltage Soul Orchestra Back II Bass6 Mix)

Huxley's 2014 "Callin'" with the legendary S-Man aka Roger Sanchez came to my attention from yet another Beatport contest. I got hooked on the rhodes piano chords and the general atmosphere of the tack to create this speed garage as we used to call it back in the day remix! Don't ask me when "back in the day" was! I won't respond :)
So, almost all elements are there! Syncopated beats, samples from breakbeats, A groovy FM bassline, and more.... Of course in terms of mixdown and mastering, I went with the contemporary approach. And I'd say it worked extremely well as a result.
