Bro it’s wrong if you are sleeping at 10 pm then you should wake up at 4 or 5 am not at 3 am, as this much of sleep is necessary for every human being and it might affect your health and I don’t think that we , your subscribers or even you want that so pls🥺🙏
It was my last day of the challenge of waking up at 3 so i woke up at 5 next day i guess. At least 6 hours sleep is mandatory for me.

I am a lil confused. I observed that while you're studying there are some vlogs playing on the tablet in front of you. And you keep writing something. Really intrigued about how exactly do you study and about the purpose of playing videos on the tablet. Maybe you should make videos explaining your methods and tips for studying/productivity.
The videos that i am playing are study vlogs like the one you watched rn.
Watching other people studying in front of me keeps me up for studying.
