  • I visit Finca las Marias in Colinas, Santa Barbara, to learn how coffee is grown and processed in Honduras. I learn about land preparation, harvesting, disease prevention, husking, roasting, drying, and more. I also learn how to care for and feed animals such as Brahman cattle and donkeys.
A special thanks to the Rivera family for showing me their farm and thanks to Dariana Rodriguez (Miss Colinas) and Ricardo Tejada for being the best guides! Thank you Nelson Martinez and Eblyn Villanueva for being the best photographers. Thank you Fredy Lara Producciones for making this video possible.
