Not sure, but its bolted into 2x12s every 16oc, and I'm using 4 pairs of double tracked wheels I've had 400lbs hanging on it overnight, and using a rope, I pulled it back and forth all the next day. The sales person said each set of wheels were good to 150lbs each, however, I don't plan on lifting more than 200lbs.@@HomeImProveMentHow
