Even Indian small budget movies don't get sufficient number of screens due to already crowded Indian cinema industry. Big budget movies need to place themselves during festive seasons. It's not like as it seems.
That's why we move to OTT..
Your movies were never banned by us . Its just our cinema space is very crowded and we have 5 big size regional cinemas and 10 small size regional cinemas and all these cinemas individualy are atleast 30 times bigger than pakistan cinema thats why your movies never got the chance here.
And what's about the movie legends of moula jut

You don't have 5 dhang ka hotel in Pakistan, that is the problem, the root cause is your economy, you can't make good films with a certain production value without spending money, now that money needs to be recovered from Pakistan where you have general religious and cultural barriers for cinema which is predominant outside your 3 cities, so how can the ticket rates be lowered, specifically in a country like yours which doesn't produce anything and almost all the cinema making equipments are imported, this is plain business which pakistanis will not understand and blame india, Israel and US for their problems, entire Pakistan doesn't have that many 5 star hotels as we have just in one area of mumbai near to the airport
Faisal Quraishi is not my favourite actor but he's definitely an informative and genuine human.

Watched PATHAAN for just 110 rupees that too executive seat and full AC. The hall was in a mall. This is tier 2 city!
Junaidji, I am not so sure that paxtani movies were not allowed in India. Hollywood movies have alway sbeen hit here. Although you might argue that it is a different language however there is still competition. The hawa hawa ai hawa khusboo luta de was a super it album. It played everywhere. If albums are popular then movies should be. Even your artistes have been very popular. I think the distributors did not possibly believe they would make enough money and that is why paxtani movies were not popular.
In north India every 20 km u find big malls
Indian market is tooo big even our regional cinema does not get much screens in that state except South Indian industry

@@mohinimishra009nahi yaar web shows are far better than their dramas special ops jaisi ek bhi nahi hai infact mostly Indian tv storylines hoti hai with good acting otherwise there is nothing new in their shows watched their top rated ones and was disappointed like how they are even comparing this with the international standards of web shows we are producing and I am sure most of them are saying this without watching

India produces way too many films itself na so it doesn't need foreign films to sustain the industry. Pakistan needs toh if Pakistan bans Indian films the industry will decline. That won't happen in India's case. Simple as that.
I am very open to world cinema i tried watching few Pakistani movies unfortunately they all were very below average those were movies like Bollywood use make in 50’s .
I think China aik boht bari market hai agr lollywood mein achi films bnaen . Dangal & secret super star are the films with highest box office collections in india. 3:47 actually we have cinema in Larkana known as Moonplex. It opened in 2017 June. And it was a huge success. However, with ban on Bollywood films, it is struggling, but Hollywood and Lollywood, and cricket matches have kept it alive.

This is how disintegrated Pakistan is today. Faisal Quraishi is only bringing cities of Punjab into notice as how under developed they are. But why would he care about cities in KPK and how things are around here. He's talking about no Malls and cinemas in punjab and here we are with no internet signals in many of our places. Pay a visit to this side of Pakistan too for I beleive I am more of a Pakistani than you are.
