Removing seat cushion in Peterbilt 579

How to remove seat cushion on Peterbilt 500 series trucks.

I’ve found if you have a 90 degree or a 45 degree large pick you don’t have to pull those plastic pieces down, you can get the pick under them and just twist the pick and it pushes the tabs up

Ive tried this but it still doesnt want to release. Srill feels like something is catching

Do you know how to fix the tilt angle of the seat? The left front side handle. Seat tilt angle is stuck even though handle works…
