Being only 13 minutes into the video and therefore this being the most I've seen of Nikke, all i understand is that if the commander even SUBCONSCIOUSLY thinks of taking a nanosecond to relax, the universe will bend over backwards to ensure they not only don't get a break but on top of that increase their stress level to 99%.
