Damn, I've only just been on a track yesterday for the first time for a few laps, going at a beginner pace. I couldn't imagine being remotely this good.
Chasing down faster bikes is so much fun, always do it with my RC390. While I'm still 100% a newbie with a long way to go I'm very much looking forward to learn more and get faster throughout the years
That doesn't seem like intermediate passing lol. You were flying!! Too bad they don't let 300s run on Advanced, makes it a pain for small bikes to go fast
@@SBKeddie by reason i mean it loses weight in the front and needs to be dropped to compensate + the maneuverability boost. I remember with aprilia rs 125 with race fairing you had to drop the front, if not you would low-side cuz too little front-end weight on the tire.
@@CrisURace losing weight up front because of deleting headlights and a horn wouldn’t warrant geometry changes. That’s a spring/preload/dampening change.
I've not been sure if I my first track bike should be an r6 or an r3. After this video I think an r3 will work just fine then for a first timer! Great riding!
@@whiskeyrock73 a slower track bike is a great learning experience, you don't have to worry about power too much and if you wanna go fast you actually have to rely on proper technique. It won't give you the adrenaline rush on the straights but if you can properly ride one of them, well, you saw the video. I've personally seen a kid on a R3 cup bike drag elbow while passing just about everyone else, these small bikes shouldn't be underestimated because they have a lot of potential
Only time they can pass you is in the straight. 😊 mad skill, respect
Damn bro you’re MOVING on the R3 🔥
The R3 is a lot more fun than you'd think
idk man, seems faster than 0mph to me
😂🤣 no abs = no mph

You’ll get there! It’s like any other sport. You’ll get better and better over time.
What a great job on a 300 cc motorcycle well done
Thanks!

damn man that thing has miata energy haha. slower on straights but absolutely fucks in the corners. great riding and stay safe brother!
You made those 600s look like a 250 😂
Love the way you wring that little R3s neck!
I just realized this is actually my favorite kind of content. Where you beat another racer in the corner😂 Nice Video😊
I thought it was Palm Beach b4 reading the description. Your corner speeds are so much faster than those other dudes. Good luck on your season.
Awesome job!!
Damn amazing riding skills

Makes for really good passing practice lol. I’ve seen your videos btw. You should really get out and race. It’s the quickest way to get quick.
@@SBKeddie Planning to do so! Will be back at PBIR on 03/19 after 6 months without hitting the track, hoping to get all the rust out.
Corners ! 👌
You rock
like an arrow 😁

nice!
i want an r3 track bike so bad now.
It seems like the other bikes just get in your way.
Thank you
do you have to drop the forks when you put race fairings?
You don’t have to. My front end has 14mm exposed for geometry reasons.

Les dió sopa y seco a todos ajjaja
whats the deal the 0 mph? they make you disable it ?
Side effect of disabling abs
Are all the bikes on the track R3s?
Those are mostly 600-1000cc bikes. I think there was only 1 other 300 on track with me.

Looks like a bunch of novice riders being typical rolling roadblocks.
They’re intermediate riders because it’s the quickest group 300s are allowed in.
@@SBKeddie they just looked really slow compared to you
