Oh Rosie, i love a basket or a box , a few years ago i did a friend a christmas gift hamper , she said oh i will throw basket away , i took it back home after she had taken her gifts out lol , love your gift ideas xx
It's great isn't it! I always love if they want and use the hampers/baskets but if they don't then I store them away win win ♥️ I did Gary's nan and grandad a hamper about 10 years ago. I got it from a charity shop for about £3 and I painted it in sage green and attached lots of foliage and dried fruits with a dusty pink colour ribbon. ( I matched it to their dining room decor) they loved it so much that they store all of their bottles of wine in it on display even till today ♥️ makes me so happy xx
Rosie those hampers are fantastic..I especially liked the bakers one, and think I might actually do one towards my Mum's presents. She loves baking and is doing cake, jam, pickled onions, chutney, mugs, tea towel hampers for her neighbours who have helped her this past year (Dad passed away suddenly last May). I'm doing a little hamper for an elderly man. I bought one from Home Bargains, but adding hot chocolate sachets, biscuits and gentleman's hankies. Just hope he likes it lol. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Please take care and love to you all xx ❤️
My friend is a Crafter. She's made me some lovely cards that I've kept. Last year she made me a hamper basket full of personal favs. The hamper is so nice its sitting on top of a wardrobe in a spare bedroom. It has a spare bedding set and some new hand towels for visitors. Personally, l think if someone has gone to the effort of making me a personalised gift, it means so much more to me, regardless of its value. They're always so much nicer than an over-priced, generic Christmas Hamper which often include loads of food (in particular) that no-one would eat! Your friends and family will love their gifts!😊
Just a suggestion, for your friends "after the dog walk" hamper, you could also put a little something in there like some treats for the dog/dogs 🐕 😍😃 As long as she doesn't think they are for her 😋😂
Oh I love these Rosie. I live in Singapore and I so miss nice quality “cheaper” gifts. But I agree with you, these gifts are not about the price it’s about the thought you’ve put into them. I have 3 boys aged 21-18-17 and they love jokes and fun so this year we’re changing things up and filling their Santa sacks with their “necessities”….like deodorant, new jocks and socks, favourite cereals and snacks.
Thank you so much for these vlogs they cheer me up so much and I've had the worst year ever and just 10 weeks ago I had my left leg amputated after a year of smaller procedures so I looked forward to these video's for some much needed cheer. Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family and here's to a better 2025 x
Oh darling I'm so sorry you have been through so much this year and in particular 10 weeks ago. Wishing I could give you a big hug 🥰 it means the world that my videos cheer you up even if it is the tiniest bit ♥️ thankyou for taking the time to message and feel comfortable to share with me. So much love to you lovely and I hope 2025 is your best year yet ♥️
Great video Ty. I do food hampers each year for my grown up children with all the extra Xmas bits and bobs that would stretch their budget. They really look forward to them. This years I’ve also done beauty hampers for the grandkids and sweet hampers too. It really helps spread the cost xx
Rosie, love all your hamper gift ideas. Your 'Makes a bit of a difference from the Lynx' comment really made me chuckle🤣 The Cakeboxes make great packaging, and light enough to include in box I send my Grandson's gifts in without adding to postage weight. THANK YOU for taking the time to show us some really great, useful ideas. Wishing you and your Family a Blessed and Merry Christmas when it comes. 🎄🤶🎅🧝
Hi Rosie. What lovely gift ideas ! So economical but very beautiful and personal. I actually made up a birthday hamper when watching one of your Easter videos and gifted it to my daughter-in-law and she was over the moon with it. I think the baking hamper and the Christmas decor hampers were my favourites but they were all really lovely. Thanks for the amazing ideas! ❤️🎄🥰
Brilliant!! You always do the job, Rosie, It's obvious how hard you work on your channel, all year. Merry Christmas to you and your lovely family and may next year be wonderful. I'm 56 and am not embarrassed to say I was excited when I saw the watercolouring books. As a child, we always got a colouring book and pencils for Christmas, and I loved that gift. Now, every year, my hubby buys me a puzzle book and pen, and they are always the gifts that make me feel cosy and peaceful. Finding the child in a person is what I look for when buying a gift. Otherwise, unless a person chooses a gift as you do based on the person's interests, it's just stuff.
Iv literally just finished doing this. Ive been buying boxes and baskets from charity shop the last couple months.fillec them with a mixture of charityshop goodies poundland and home bargains .....brilliant
All the hampers are just lovely Rosie, such great and budget friendly ideas! My favourite is the homeware/decor hamper and the reindeer gift box for Lottie, super cute❣️
Great ideas for gift hampers Rosie, & you had a fab little selection of baskets to choose from, (must confess I’m a bit of a basket fiend). I can’t decide between the baker’s hamper & the home-maker’s hamper being my favourite, I love them both 🥰 & would be delighted to receive either one as a gift. The little furry reindeer notebook & pencil in the cup cake box is so utterly cute 😍, any young girl would adore that sweet little gift. I’d never have thought to present a gift in a cake box, so very imaginative & it looks really adorable. You certainly have a flair for finding bargains & creating lovely looking, thoughtful little gifts, without breaking the bank! You’re an inspiration Rosie!😊 Thank you for sharing your ideas, will try & take a look at some of your older videos, for further inspiration when I have more time. Merry Christmas to you & your beautiful little family. xx 💫✨🦌🛷🎅🏼🎁✨🎄🌟❤️
Love your ideas Rosie. I too enjoy doing hampers for Christmas. I do a toiletries one for my daughter for birthday and Christmas every year. She loves them. I get great ideas from watching your videos.
Wow I love all your ideas, I love to give hampers but struggle with contents. I gave my friend a goodies hamper last year as she is on her own and she absolutely loved it. I like how it doesn’t have to be expensive but also very thoughtful.
Enjoyed your video so much. I too shop in the budget shops and you can get such gorgeous gifts. My favourite was the home decoration Christmas hamper (trees, candle, house) great for a new home gift 🎁

Gorgeous. I think I would get the most use personally from the hot water bottle etc one and the Xmas decoration one is an amazing idea also, but I love the baking one for a friend who bakes.
All your hamper ideas are great Rosie. I often go back to those in front of your old green dresser. Loved the Reindeer box gift but all of them i would love to receive ❤
Hi Rosie what great ideas i have to agree they look so much nicer elevated and just a little more personal when gifts are in hampers, I’ve honestly watched all your videos but I need to re watch your hamper ones I need a few male ideas dad, grandad, and 21 year old 🤦🏼♀️ I always struggle for males xx take care Sarah 🎄🤶🏻🎅🏻
Hey babe thankyou ♥️ yes I'll have a look as I think the men ones are Father's Day hampers but same principle would apply. My Christmas ones are mostly female 😅 I'll check the ones with men's gifts and add them too xx
Rosie these hampers are amazing , you have given me some ideas. I love Lotties and the decorations baskets but they are all beautiful. Such thoughtful gifts x
