Great weight loss. Try to take it as easy as you can, when you can. That was really quick to go back to work. I used the EAS, I think it is thinner and goes down pretty easy. I got the premixed ones and they are good. still keep them in my fridge for a quick protein boost. love Carol
Great job!! So glad to hear you are doing well. Walmart has little protein shots that are 42g each. They are sugar free, but super sweet. Not the easiest, but it's worth it to me to make myself do it b/c that's half of my daily protein goal in 3.8 oz! It's called New Whey.
Christy, thank you! I dont like powdered drinks but th premix is Great. Been drinking EAS and it seems to be working. I will have to try isopure. Thank for the tip.
I did not like the powder drinks.. I did find the isopure drinks worked for me. They reminded me of gator aid. they have 40g of protein.. hope you feel better soon.. recovery is not fun..

I know there is a flavorless protein powder u can add to soup. Try googleing it. Good luck. I'm seriously considering the sleeve.
