Really appreciate these videos, hard to find solid info on SOAS and such. Hopefully gonna get in summer of 2023 right after I graduate college. Keep them videos coming 👌

Thanks, I know the feeling. There isn’t a ton of information out there. I’m just giving my first hand experience and insight for others. Stay tuned more to come. Much appreciated

Good info, and really nice form! I was wondering if you have any advice on fighting the urge to breathe. I find that after 50m or so my lungs are dying for air and I can't maintain the streamline off the wall.

Thanks. Swimming is all about conditioning and practice. Swim x3 times a week, you will see the difference. it’s about breath control and rhythm/pattern

Being a corpsman, how come you weren’t attracted to DMT or SARC?

I came in as a reservist and it wasn’t in my contract. So I was assigned to hospitals and clinics. DMT is a C school and SARC is attached to a marine unit/command. I am in the process of going Active Duty as an Officer
