Sir, could i ask some thing ? Like what you explain in the video, your term of BOS is when high/low break by body. And my question is, the body of cs how break the low/high must break the body of swing high/low, or must break the wick of swing high/low? Because sometime i look your marking the bos with trendline in the middle of body and wick. Hope you will answer my question. Thank you so much for great video 🙏🙏🎉🎉

Is it the demand zone under the broken Resistance or the Resistance zone itself to act as break and retest

If you spot a demand or supply zone after a BoS on a HTF is there any need to still go down to a LTF to trace the origin of the move or you can just map out that zone from the HTF?
For me when I map out my zone, I go down to LTF to refine the zone.
