I watched an important gramer and sentences making videos and other videos, especially my English improve related vedios first I watch this then next I prepared a notes so that very helped my life. but chechi my personal problem writing, because now first i write my job relate notes English only then next that sentences translate with Google. that time, my spoken English is range now.that sentence Google translates good English their gave me. my question, chechi, how is it improving my side? other problem reading. examples, any English one paragraph medical or journal I can't understand fully meaning. all active voice grammar, I know, but that improves the writing section. so I faced a very difficult situation. my job is nursing. if any free time, could you please reply to me. thank you.

Why fluency is blocked ? It is becuase of our usual practice of thinking in our mother tongue and get it translated into english.It requires more time,also our speech muscles and speach organns are structured to suite for the requirement of communicating our ideas through our mothertounge.You said it correctly the essentiality of listening english conversation as it helps the brain and mind to think in english but an irony or anomaly saw here is,even though you know this fact better than others you still train your students in malayalam language😅 If you had spoken your ideas and knowledge in english then it would have been much better for students to learn english as fast as they can.Please change your strategy...Express in english avoid malayalam.

I have thought this through and I certainly acknowledge the irony. It is a matter of student preferences. Rather than a complete immersion in English, most students prefer a combination of grammar explained in Malayalam along with pure English sessions. And there is no scarcity of English podcasts or videos or movies with audio from native English speakers. So I am here to do my part. And hence I made this video explaining the best strategy to combine these techniques.
