    먹방이 많이 먹어서 보는게 아니고 어머니 정갈한 음식 배우고 가족들이 사이좋게 맛있게 드시는게 좋아서 보는 팬입니다, 천천히 조금 적게 드셔도 괜찮아요.

      Ему сорок с лишним это я знаю точно и он ведет точно как ребенок хотя давно пора иметь своих детей ,жаль отца ,а мать сама виновата что до сих пор подкармливает и не думаңт чем это кончится для его здоровья, никакие деньги не помогут вроде мудрая мать

    38살에 163에 89키로에서 다이어트 시작해서 지금49살인데 몸무게는 안재고 옷사이즈 99사이즈에서 44사이즈로 줄어들고 유지하고 있습니다. 꾸준히 유지하는게 다이어트에 최고난이도인듯해요. 길게 보시고 건강하게 다이어트 하세요.
    다이어트 하다보면 굶고 단기간 빡씨게 건강해쳐가며 하는거 아닌 이상 몸무게가 정체기도 있을수 있는데 그건 몸이 그 루틴에 적응해서 그런거니 그땐 운동량을 좀더 늘려버리면 정체기 탈출하게 되더라고요.
    오늘도 흥삼님 먹방으로 대리만족시켜 주셔서 감사합니다.ㅋ

    He isn't dieting eating all those carbs and large portions. He's decided his profession is to film himself eating exactly the way his viewers like. This is all theater. He's not truly interested in changing his diet, especially since he's making money. To each his own. But his diet will catch up with him as he ages. I hope his is investing and has a long-term career plan. Because, there will always new content providers that will eventually become more interesting. I wish him and his family the best.

    I can't believe he gave his parents each one piece of chicken. He sat there and glut the whole plate of food up. He might as well had fried the chicken since he added all that sauce. I don’t know what he calls a diet but the route he's going he's setting himself to fail

      Didn't you hear his parents say they already had their supper while he was waiting for his to cook? He offered them both more, his dad said "No," his mom said, "If I hadn't already eaten I would have had a second piece." Y'all are acting like he's starving his parents or something.

    Хынсам, здравствуй!
    Худеешь не от изнурительных тренировок, а от дефицита калорий! Если употреблять столько еды и в таком количестве то не похудеешь. Нормально сбрасывать вес с тренировками 3-4 кг в месяц, но ни как 1кг. Тем более, вы набираете вес от постоянного бума калорий, в виде мукбангов. Также нужны кардио тренировки, а не силовые. Это бег, быстрая ходьба, велосипед. Вы просто наращиваете массу на подкожный жир, а не худеете.
    Соблюдайте баланс. 1 час кардио-тренировок, 1 час силовых. Если вы занимаетесь минут 15-30 в зале, то это вам не поможет сбросить вес
    Также стоит сходить к диетологу, возможно у вас растройство пищевого поведения(РПП). Вы просто не можете остановится кушать в таких количествах

      Вы же видите он просто болтает, жрёт как не в себя,в спортзал зашел заниматься начал и заскулил как девочка,это говорит о том что он серьёзно в зале не занимаеться,мне лично нравятся только родители,трудяги,добрые,папа интилигентный и воспитаный человек,как он деликатно ведёт себя за столом.

    Heungsam you will never lose eating all of the carbs that you eat. No noodles, no rice and no sugar! You can’t sit and eat all of the chicken you just ate either. Everything in moderation! Protein and lots of veggies. NO CARBS AND YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT.

    By stating your intention, publicly, you are holding yourself accountable. Remember, it's a slow process. You didn't gain all the weight overnight just like you won't lose it overnight. Portion control, less carbs, more protein but PORTION CONTROL is most important. Along with cardio. Don't focus so much on weight, focus on inches lost. Good luck, my friend ❤

      Bom dia amo também fazer musculação e para emagrecer mais rápido vc tem que assim que chegar na academia faça 20 minuto de esteira e no final de todos os exercícios novamente faça esteira mais 20 minutos ou ate sentir seu corpo exausto 😅 fica com essa dica ❤Bom dia 💪🏋️

    Bonjour Heungsam, il faut faire de la marche nordique (rapide) avec des bâtons de marche, TOUS LES JOURS pendant 1h30... aller à la salle ne fera rien dans votre cas. Arrêtez de vous goinfrer.. regardez vos parents, ils mangent normalement et ne prennent pas de poids. Courage depuis la France

    오늘 영상도 엄청 재밌네요 다이어트 살패하셨지만 괞찮아요 ㅎ 운동하면서 노력하였으니 ㅎ 악플에 너무 상처 받지마요 ㅎ 본인들은 얼마나 잘났길레 본인들은 평소에 운동도 안하면서 훈수는 ㅋ 저도 운동하는데 상체운동도 좋지만 전 하체가 더 좋더라구요 ㅎ 핵스쿼드 재밌죠 제가 다니는 헬스장에 핵스쿼드 기구 들어왔을때 고정하는게 안되서 죽을뻔 했네요 ㅋㅋ 첨해본거라 ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 저 참나무 훈연치킨 엄청 맛있어 보여요ㅎ 어머님 양념소스도 ㅎ 그리고 혹시 흥삼님 운동하실때 단백질 쉐이크 드시나요? 추천 하나 해드리려고 하는데 댓글 부탁드려요~ ㅎ

    If you eat less meat and those sauces have sugar and you eat lots of starch. Grill meat and baked food are also good. You need to drink lots of water because your kidneys are a filter that clean every thing that goes through your body. You don’t want to have diabetes and problems with colesterol and blood pressure with lead to a heart attack. You are young. DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

    Huengsam dont weigh yourself right after working out. Its always going to show you've gained weight. I've worked out for many years but now I'm 77 years old with arthritis and cannot do it any longer. All instructors told me never to weigh yourself after exercising. Drinking lots of water is good. Also no late snacks of fried chicken.. Don't get disinheartened Huengsam you can do it by eating leaner foods. I'm rooting for you. As always love from Arizona USA

    I'm a licensed trainer and it's the volume of food that he eats. You can't out work a bad diet.

    You need to burn more calories than you eat..Your portions are for a family of 3-4..You eat more calories in a day than I do in a week.. Good luck tho 👍

    Parents get one piece of chicken and he eats the rest?? To lose weight you need to limit calories and increase exercise. You eat like you’ll never see another meal.

    You don't have to convince either your parents or your viewers...you are the only one who can lose or gain weight ! Your problem is not lower body exercise, your problem is the sick relationship you have with FOOD ! Solve that and go to a psychologist, you will see how you will change for the better.

    You should never allow anyone to shame you for your weight. Sometimes you hit a plateau and sometime you gain a few pounds, but as long as you’re on top of it you can easily lose that little bit of weight gain. You just have to know what it takes to get back on track and more forward. I’m rooting for you as I’m sure many other viewers are as well.     Também luto com o peso, sei que não é fácil. Mas o que você não percebe é que está enganando apenas a si mesmo. Não adianta fazer um pouco de exercícios, e depois comer feito um aspirador. Nós, seus seguidores, estamos sempre reclamando que você não dá oportunidade de seus pais comerem até se sentirem satisfeitos, sempre tem que comer mais que todos, e ser o que pega os últimos bocados.     When u workout, u gain muscle n dont lose weight right away Bro! It takes months n months to lose! Rapid is no good n u will put it right back on. Js! ✌️🖤

    Limit your eating habit. Eat alot of fruit's and vegetables. You're be amazed how much weight you lost. Try it if you have the will power.

    You probably gained muscle weight from the weights session. Maybe should have done more cardio which could have helped! Keep it up though and don’t give up! 🙌🏼
