    How to make this,
which process we can use to make this handle,
    apart from 3D printing

To make a handle without 3D printing, you can use processes like casting, injection molding, machining, forging, or handcrafting. These methods involve shaping materials such as metal, plastic, wood, or leather to create the handle's desired form. Each process has its own advantages and considerations, depending on factors like material type, design complexity, and production volume.

Why does the program give an error if you increase the thickness to 5mm for example? Yet the space is there, can you explain this?

Use outside thickness of 2mm or increase may be there is some topological error, Send me the file I'll check it.
