I got This guy together with Mother Cybele in Bolster sets for the both of them. Mother has some 100K HP and Lona is rocking up with around 70K-ish HP behind (lesser gear unfortunately. The starter shield is so insane and both get continuous heals also, add to that the heals from Scyl. This is the one thing I never had a big issue with, keeping stuff alive because I have the biggest collection of HP champions in comparison.

He's one of the best Scarab King solo's, just bring 1-2 champions to clear waves that'll either die with the last wave or at the boss, trigger his protected shields, and go to town. He was the first legendary I shard pulled back when I first started and he DOES NOT deserve all the bagging on he gets. Make sure if you plan on doing solo content with him, that you build him between 2500-3000 defense, and solid resist. Scarab King does hit relatively hard at the higher levels and will eat the shield fast.
