AMSJI is a custom made chin implant for patients with advanced bone atrophy.
AMSJI is no longer an experimental product and has become a real alternative to Zygomatic Implants or bone grafts.
For patients with healthy jaw bones, cylindrical titanium implants will often be sufficient to get a healthy result. However, if the jaw is in an advanced stage of atrophy, it may not be possible to properly place a cylindrical implant. Advanced atrophy of the jawbone requires an alternative solution within the maxilla or mandible.
