Wow Linda you are an amazing wife and mother. I'm a Korean-American that studied German literature in college, and even with my education and upbringing in a western culture, I found it extremely challenging to adapt and to live in Germany when I did my study abroad there. That you speak Korean so fluently, Linda, and that you cook Korean food like a real Korean mom and that you act and behave like a real Korean person -- I'm so amazed at your intelligence and strength to have been able to adapt so completely. I can't imagine how difficult it may have been in the early days when you were adjusting to such new and different circumstances -- and even to giving birth in Korea without the comfort of being surrounding by your own family back home. You are such an impressive and strong person, and I hope your husband knows how much of a lucky man he is to be married to an amazing woman like you!

She is white so it's easier for her to integrate into a society that worships whiteness. Germany also worships whiteness so being Korean or any other non white ethnicity will always be harder. Even in Korea they would rather hire white teachers then Korean American teachers. I would much rather praise the minority who faces more opposition but still managed to assimilate like Dianainkorea. She is also plus size so on top of being black it makes things very hard but she still manages and has been able to integrate well after many years of effort.
It's much more difficult to integrate into Korean society when you don't fit the beauty standard of not being white. Kudos to those who don't fit the white beauty standard and still try to integrate despite facing much opposition. They must really love their husbands and his culture.
@@Joseph-zd7kg white people are indigenous to Europe, how can Europeans "worship" whiteness when that's the default there. Should Europeans worship something else? When in Rome do as the Romans do, if you don't like Europe, you dont have to live there
