@@didottukangelektronik1334 The iron does not turn off the heat. When I wet the soleplate of the iron, it makes steam. It produces dry steam when heated.

also have a tefal 8980 utu. It blows steam at 1 and 2 levels. It blows air instead of steam at 3 4 5 levels. why could it be.
