When connected to a computer, you can adjust both the speaker and the mic volume. We're making a call using your phone on Bluetooth, how do you adjust the mic volume? (Not the speaker volume)
I was excited to see you were connecting to a MacBook. I could play back music well, but I had trouble using it via Bluetooth with Zoom. Any secrets for using this device for speakerphone and mic for Zoom call?
Someone on review said mute button etc are all in the middle and no noise to let u hear if u clicked on or off idk my question is Since it has six speakers and let’s say there’s only one person on the speakerphone and I don’t have anybody else in the room can I mute the other five speakers
Great review. I am using Skype call on my phone, and cast it to my TV. However the audio output is still from my phone. Can this device solve the issue?
Thanks! Yep, If I have my phone connected to this via Bluetooth, then the call audio will come from this device, instead of your TV, even if you cast your phone to your TV.
Hi, it would be more nicer to cover the UC meetings like teams, skype, google meet etc. with the device. The usb cable is too short, seems the device can't be put at distance of 2m or so conducting UC meetings a little far away. Appreciate for the wonderful video. Thanks
Hi, you can always use the bluetooth to have the UC meetings at a distance. If you connect to your laptop via the cable, you simply put the laptop and the speaker 2m away and you should be fine - or am I misunderstanding what you're saying? Thanks for the comment though!
@@TrendingReviews Have you connected the device to a laptop via Bluetooth? If so will the mic n speaker both work simultaneously when connected via bluetooth. I'm asking this question because I just found out that only the mic works with Jabra Speak 510 when connected to a laptop via bluetooth.
@@migarasenevi waiting for reply as well. Laptops Bluetooth connection doesn't work the same as mobile phones because it's split. I bought one of those around the neck speakers because I can't stand my headphones during conference calls, but Bluetooth via laptop just wasn't playing ball.
I’ve always wondered how come this kind of device won’t make the person at the end hear their own voice since the device has speaker and mic. Like when she speaks, her voice comes out of your device, this voice can go back in the mic of your device, right?
since it know what it outputs and filters that away from what cames back into the microfoons. Since it knows what it outputs, it can know what to filter away from what comes back in (noise cancelling).
Nice demo - I think one thing not discussed about the voice capturing? How friendly & easy to record the meeting conversation using PowerConf S3?
