Steering stabilizer kit went on today. This is my next project. I’ve noticed a lot more squeaking in the rear since the level kit install and all the mods up front. Not sure what shocks to go with though
Gabe Gutierrez Depends on budget and if you want to install different rear coils in the future. Some shocks are rated for stock rear suspension, and some are for lifted rear suspensions.
MOTOR HEAD think about some Bilstein 5100s. Not real expensive but not cheap. Not ready for crazy expensive Fox shocks. And not real sure about the rear coils

Hi thanks for the video. Im going to do this this weekend. just wondering if the truck was jacked up in any way or the weight taken off the tires? thank you
Does your truck have factory gooseneck/fifth wheel prep package ? Mine does and I’m trying to figure out if the installation process will be any different..
Cummins6.7 Mike They have been riding fine, still have them on there. They took care of the bed rattle is used to have when I went over bumps. It still happen, but only like 25% of the time. That’s all I really wanted at the time. I do know there are more expensive shocks out there, and am contemplating upgrading them. The deciding factor is if I keep the rear shocks or go with thurens rear coil kit.
Excellent video, it helped me a lot
Thanks!
Factory shock has higher compression ratio, I’d be sticking with that.

Yup! Shouldn't change a thing.
Motor Head I also have factory air suspension. Should change anything right ?
@@georgegarza6960 shouldn't is correct
You DO NOT need to remove wheel well. Buy a stubby or cut an open end down. Put it on top nut. Comes off no problem. You're welcome!
Word
Ugrading to new shocks but using old factory parts on the new parts. LOL
You like it rough huh lol
How'd it ride after?

The number of threads is completely irrelevant. If you have a thicker or thinner / harder or softer bushing that completely throws off your theory.
Thanks brother, I realized that not too long after lol
Was gonna call you an amateur when you said that.
