After every video, I always get a warm feeling of hope, in my youth, I didn’t want a future past 18 yrs old (22yrs now) RIGHT NOW, my dreams are setting up to become reality. Focused on healing my Inner Child, to truly know myself ,discover more positive gifts I can share and knowledge for those who have an ear for wisdom . You helped me release some of my worst inner critics, I thought I was going to be OCD and anxious for life. All I can say, is your a blessing to me. Thank you thank you thank you. Watch this video twice and downloaded it to my phone! I will never give up and hope you won’t either. I accept and want to cross the finish line of this marathon we call life. We can play tag with champagne and celebrate like champions!

Afterwards I experienced other hard periods in my life that I didn't predict, but they belonged anyway to the same problem. After watching my life as a spectator I said that I am strong, but the episodes are not over.

Thanks for your efforts to help people who are suffering. As the days months and years go by and life keeps beating you as you literally lie on the ground then hope evaporates. It's difficult to believe there is any miracle with your name on it. If your purpose is to continue to live even day to day with some supposed hope for a miracle that will change your life you do eventually realise there is no miracle only suffering.

Sadly, I almost always know what tomorrow will bring. I’ve known it for almost a decade now. Nothing ever changes in my life. It’s always the same rigid monotonies, the same sensory perceptions, and the same tumultuous agonies. Just when I think things might change, they stay the same. Sometimes, I wish I could just get away from it all, even if only for two or three days, but I don’t possess the resources to do so. I just hate the feeling of being trapped, of not having a choice, and of not having anyone in my life who truly understands my soulful frailties. Theoretically, I know my situation could improve, but logically, I don’t see how. If you told me my pain would end in five years, I could keep going, knowing at least there will be an end. I think people can endure almost anything if they know there will be an end, but I don’t see any evidence, none whatsoever, that I will be greeted by light at end of the tunnel, for the tunnel is infinite.

Only you can take those action steps... 🙏🎉🎶✝
Praying God gives you a breakthrough and healing in your mind and heart and you have a purpose filled life on this earth. There is only one of you...you can be used mightily by God to bless others...I hope you let him use you for his purposes. It is only when we bless others when we truly get blessed.
Just take the next right step...that's all you can do. 1 step at a time...and celebrate your small victories. ❤🙏

You sound very intelligent. End of the tunnel will come. You will move, you’ll change jobs, meet new people. Why do I believe this, because I was you at one time. Now I fight to maintain just a stable life, a routine, familiar things and places. I was taken out of my comfort zone, now I have to adjust. I hate it, nothing seems like I can control anything, all these surprises pop up, outside of myself and I want to run away or hide. I guess am too ridged. Maybe it’s my age. I was use to things being a certain way. Now, I live where I don’t want to be. Now, I know no one. Just from losing a job, everything went down hill. I’d rather have what you speak of, a safe place. You can go away, go for a walk, even drive somewhere, park then go for a walk. Feel the trees and grass, smell the air, take your time. Get “ Feeling Good “ by David Burns, it’s about CBT . Join Doug’s live on Sunday at 1 pm pacific time on RUclips , I think. Join the whatup app, ask about it on the live chat. Make little changes, ones you’ll be comfortable with.
