Hello Dr. An Orthodontic out of the USA indicated the extractions of the 4 premolars to correct my crowded interiors teeth uppers and lower incisors and after that they prescribed the extractions of the 4 first molars, witch now the lowers are inclined to mesial, l need to uprigh them and expand my jaw is narrow, the uppers first molar are extruded with the palatal mesial cuspid, my oclussal plane is a mess . l have over bite, deep bite as well..Do you now a Dr. In Miami? If the brackets are done right AND you've slowly worked up the wire sequence it won't break
