In Romans 13 1, it basically says that whoever is in the administration God put them there, if Trump can make it through all of this, and become president again, you know God put him there,. PRAY! PRAY! PRAY!

Prophecy/Prediction concerning US Presidential election always has a 50 per cent chance of being right. We always have two candidates. So a person calling himself ,/herself a prophet is not taking much of a risk with a prophecy about winner of this election. With 50/50 chance for being right, might as well give it a go.
However...this is my reason for being less than impressed. If he calls it for a Christian supporting candidate, and this person loses, prophet can say " you guys did not pray enough".
