Oh for real I was searching everywhere the other day trying to find some old country music by Mexicans with absolutely no luck just Freddy finder. Even called my mom see if she knew of any and nope. Can you send me a link to the ones your referring to. I love hearing old music like that especially country by Mexicans. It'd be cool to be able to show people who I've been arguing with about it that Mexicans did start country music like Louie says we did.
@@MichaelJohnson-mo1uc The mavericks, Rick Trevino, Texas Tornados, Emilio Navaira, Ram Herrera, David Lee Garza, and many other Tejano artists have sang Country music before. Just part of the culture in these parts.
As far as the cowboy goes, the first cowboys were Mexicans working cattle in this area inhabited by nothing but Indians and settled by Spanish Soldiers. English American people had not even crossed the Mississippi yet, much less seen a cowboy.
Yeah I know all the history and agree most definitely first cowboys but what I've never heard was the country music sang by Mexicans but I'm go check it out right now. Thanks for the info
