This long term investment( for many poor and under privileged)on endowment policies thus generate simple interest of 3.5% or so after paying off tax. If this type of tax cut persists people should keep away from such endowment policies for faulty taxation of current government.
Pharma R and D is high risk high cost and we don’t have the expertise in this. To develop one product can be as high as 10k Cr and it takes about 15 years, at this point Indian Pharma is not ready yet. Even large economies like china has not had any meaningful discoveries yet
Rate cuts and rate increment are over exaggerated events for companies other banks and for investors on non banking companies. Not everyone invest their money on banks and diversify on other sectors, so just chill and invest happily.
