I really want to believe he isn't going to hurt the sympathetic neighbors for helping us but I'm super worried he will cause they low-key took advantage of our suffering with an ulterior motive. I enjoy the callousness and sadistic enjoyment in suffering, but I still want to think he won't actually hurt us for mere sport (considering a single even-accidental wound from him could probably kill us) and it's very dragon tough love. his voice makes me want to be okay about this situation in the end, if that makes sense.
A dragon can be a yandere... this one.... isn't really a yandere though. He doesn't hit either criteria. Yanderes are mentally / emotionally unstable and have blind, insane loving devotion for their target. Those are the only criteria for a yandere.
