I understand you might get asked this question a lot and might be a bit tired of people asking you about it but where I can come from "the bank" doesn't supply bags of coins....we can get rolls but in my experience they have a lot less commemorative 2 euro coins in them than you seem to get out of them. It also isn't "cheap" getting them. Getting 10 rolls of 25x2 euro coins would cost me about 5% extra.

I live in Ireland and here the coins are not in rolls but in bags, I tried to post them but youtu.be bans me because they have a producer's license. And one more thing, not everyone can buy these coins, you have to have a business account to be able to do this.
