Rob Thomas seems like the most down to earth dude.....Hes not one to forget where he came from....
One of the most unique sounds ever in music as well, especially when it comes to Matchbox 20.
He seems like he just has such a good soul. Love his music.
I love this man and his music, and the fact that he loves and cares for his beautiful wife so much makes me love him even more.
I am 68 yrs young and have loved this guy since my son turned me on to Matchbox Twenty in the 90s. His voice is great, and his music rocks.
I was so lucky to meet this guy 5 years ago. Such a down to earth, funny and humble figure.

I hung out with Rob at a tiny after hours get together and he played acoustic guitar and sang songs by The Cure, Depeche Mode, The Smiths and many more 80’s alternative songs. It was fun and I was surprised at how well he played guitar….
This guy is top shelf classy. A true human artist.
I love Rob's music and the man. He is so down-to-earth and quite funny. I also appreciate his love for animals. I saw him in NYC a few days after his beloved dog Tyler crossed over the rainbow bridge. He sang "Little Wonders", which is about Tyler, and showed a montage of pictures of Tyler and his humans. Soooooo touching.
This man and his music kept my heart together in high school. To this day in hard times you’ll always find Matchbox 20’s first CD in my player. Love him!!!

Wow you really hit the nail on the head. I always wondered why he stood out from other singers. A lot of what you described is why we also have a lot of great actors that really blend a lot of different emotions together for certain scenes
