In this video, I will take you through a few steps you can take to get the Payoneer team to activate your foreign receiving account.
With this foreign receiving account, you can transfer funds from your PayPal account to Payoneer and consequently transfer from there to your local bank account.

With e-commerce, it’s best you use Stripe for overseas payments or Paystack for local payments

What i don't get is, where do you receive the $50 if there's no account number to send it to?
Normally you need to connect your Payoneer account to a platform like Fiverr or any where they payout to Payoneer. Not a direct account number

Payoneer is limiting access to their receiving accounts now so kindly ask the support to assist on getting this. They may require you transact at least 50usd to get it

So Payoneer will not regard that to create a receiving account. Normally they want to see payment from merchants such as Fiverr and others.
You can setup an offer on Fiverr and ask someone to order, this may work.
