Lately, a few channels I listen to for subs have been getting videos deleted and I’ve seen channels get removed. Someone said that YT doesn’t approve sub channels or something. Hi! Visualization and meditation will speed up the results, but they are not necessary. I’d recommend listening to the subliminal for 30-60 minutes a day, for at least three weeks to manifest.

Visualization and affirmations are a way to speed up the process, but they aren’t fully required. I’d recommend listening for at least 21 days. I hope this kinda helped a bit if you haven’t already figured it out
