Great list; for me Uncut Gems has always stuck with me, the entire film and especially end are super anxiety inducing - which feels so odd to say about an adam sandler film lol
"Green Room" is another movie that gets me! My favorite thing about this channel is that I always come away from the videos with at least a couple of movies to watch that I've never even heard of before!
Hello hi! Just happened across your channel a couple days ago and now I have watched several movies I’ve never seen before thanks to your lists! Fantastic work, please keep it up!
The last movie I watched that stressed me out to a ridiculous degree is that Unhinged movie starring Russell Crowe. I think I pulled some hair out. It's not nearly as disturbing or scary as a lot of movies but it got under my skin.
The only anxiety I ever get is when your stomach is churning you have to shit so bad you sit down on a toilet you grip your knees and push as hard has you can and your brown eye doesn’t even tingle now that is anxiety
IDR if you’ve mentioned “Pi” in previous videos (not to be confused with “Life of Pi”) but that gets my vote. Despite inducing a constant low-grade panic attack, it’s one of my favorite films ever. A less-disturbing film that gives me anxiety is “U Turn” - there’s nonstop tension throughout the various interwoven scenes & plot lines; a general sense of unease and dread underscores the comedic elements. The casting is insane. Check it out if you haven’t. “First Reformed” sounds fascinating and I will definitely check it out. Thanks for making this channel - I dig y’all’s content and vibe Keep on killin’ it 🪓🩸👽🩸💀🩸🪚
Greetings from New Zealand, mate! OMG The Coffee Table... ooofff! As someone who is truly bilingual (native speaker of both English and Spanish), I can tell you that, without the dubbing or translation, this movie is SO MUCH CREEPIER and anxiety provoking because the actual dialogue is way more disturbing than the subtitles... I loved that movie! Another Spanish movie that gave me mad anxiety was Mientras Duermes or Sleep Tight... bro, if you haven't seen it, you must!
This is a great list. I’ve only seen first reformed and good time and I agree they’re both great. I’m definitely going to see the coffee table and Detroit. One that comes to me as far as anxiety-inducing is Requiem for a Dream. Keep up the lists, buddy 🤙🏼
Can you please ask Scott and/or Rhys when Peter Pan's Neverland nightmare will be released on streaming channels and apps (specifically speaking, Amazon Prime)?! I didn't get the chance to see it in theaters and I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for it to be released on Amazon Prime and there is nothing discussing it online or any news at all!
Haha. I watched about 30-40 minutes of Beau is Afraid, and it was driving me nuts, and I turned it off. I'll eventually finish it, but it definitely was making me feel unsettled.
Since ya don't mind long films, check out Sion Sonos Love Exposure. It's a good fun action and comedy movie. It's definitely worth a watch, not really horror, though. The director does fantastic horror, drama, and comedy movies. Even his drama films can end in bloodshed. They are great!
I don't know if it's just me - but I do not like the flashing light in the background. I feel like it distracts me and takes attention off of you. I really like your content and I'm not trying to be mean at all, just my 2 cents!

You want to watch something anxiety inducing? Just watch the news. More anxiety inducing than any movie- and it’s real.
Fake news
Preach!
😂
Word!
Amen to that!!
"Green Room" is another movie that gets me!
My favorite thing about this channel is that I always come away from the videos with at least a couple of movies to watch that I've never even heard of before!
me: already has anxiety
also me: give me more
It is a way to cope, if you find a "bigger" anxiety that does not affect you, but can dwarf yours. ☺ You are never alone in this ride. Keep it going!
Yah
Let’s see how far we can go
Maybe we can reach a new level of anxiety that might break into an alternate universe 😂 why not
Jokes on you, I already have anxiety!! 😅
Hello hi! Just happened across your channel a couple days ago and now I have watched several movies I’ve never seen before thanks to your lists! Fantastic work, please keep it up!
I’m so glad you’re enjoying the channel! 😊
Great to see some more films I’ve not heard of
One film that’s difficult to watch is ‘we are the flesh’ and I never see it on any of these lists
I’m not surprised you need a breather after Trauma mate 😂 great list, First Reformed is amazing! 👌🏻
Good to have someone else watching these disturbing movies so i don't have to 😅👍
Great channel 👌
"I will save the last, you know, half hour of this movie for you to discover" while literally showing it on the screen, lol
Not Quite. I chose that shot for a reason 😏
Love to see Good Time getting attention! Great choice.
First Reformed, has one hell of a casts. Truly amazing and yes I will check it out. Thank you and great recap too 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It’s a REALLY good one!

Welcome aboard! 🖤
Just watched First Reformed...LOVED it...getting a lot of good movie ideas from you...thanks for the content!
First Reformed is so amazing, such underrated film
Mad God gave me anxiety just from the standpoint I had absolutely no idea what was coming next.

You have great taste! Glad you're digging the list
These Movies 🤝 My Mental Health
Giving me anxiety.
Beau is afraid cracked me up .I really enjoyed it
uncut gems is also a very anxiety inducing film. i havnt seen the ones on this list, might give them a try
You’ve got great taste! Uncut Gems is fantastic and has some truly stressful moments.
_Good Time_ was made by the same duo that made _Uncut Gems._ And yes, it's equally stressful.
I love how The Coffee Table is set up like a long joke with a punchline and it *is* funny, but also utterly horrifying
It’s a horror movie with a comedy formula. Brilliant.
100%
I just recently found you and I love your videos. By the way, the woman on channel "SamAtEverySize" looks like she could be your twin!
I'll have to check her out! I'm always looking for good content.
Buried (2010) should be in the list, and if you can find the "making of" featurette that used to be on youtube, the craft in it's making is amazing.
Very solid pick, I didn't even consider it until you said it. I'll be sure to look for that video. I love BTS stuff
Absolutely loved First Reformed, such a powerful, poignant film. Is Paul Schrader the most underappreciated New Hollywood director?
Definitely one of them
SO delighted and surprised to see The Coffee Table on here. So insane, legit a horror take on Weekend at Bernies with a baby
I love The Coffee Table too! It's such a bizarre and unsettling movie!
That movie was WILD.
I felt like I was in a fever dream watching beau is afraid 😂
The Coffee Table and Playground are the most dreadful experiences i've had with film ever!
Talk about the film Bug with Michael Shannon
Can you please ask Scott and/or Rhys when Peter Pan's Neverland nightmare will be released on streaming channels and apps (specifically speaking, Amazon Prime)?!
I didn't get the chance to see it in theaters and I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for it to be released on Amazon Prime and there is nothing discussing it online or any news at all!
Very Bad Things gave me anxiety when I first watched it.
Just subed
Coffee Table just doesn’t make sense to me like I don’t think dropping a baby would do that like fr
Haha. I watched about 30-40 minutes of Beau is Afraid, and it was driving me nuts, and I turned it off. I'll eventually finish it, but it definitely was making me feel unsettled.
The first act of this movie makes me want to scream with just how Weird and crazy it is

I thought Hidden Gems at the same time you mentioned the film!
disturbing french or uk shock cinema or banned movies list would be top tier
👀... soon
First Reformed was great.
Beau is afraid took me a few days to get through…
Completely understandable
I would like to recommend a movie The Taking of Deborah Logan
An Inconvenient Truth
👍👍👍
I don't know if it's just me - but I do not like the flashing light in the background. I feel like it distracts me and takes attention off of you.
I really like your content and I'm not trying to be mean at all, just my 2 cents!
I can change that, it's a good call out, I appreciate your input 🙏
No Mother!???
No Mother??? Omg when I watched Mother I thought I was gonna have a panic attack 😅 i genuinely don't think I'll ever rewatch it!
I had it! It was on this list but I felt like I really wanted to highlight these films. I will certainly be giving mother it's flowers someday soon.
try Australian film. Bad Boy Bubby.
I'm gonna assume something bad happens to the wife or baby in The Coffee Table so I'll avoid it
👌
LETS DO A LIVE ZOOM?
Beau is awful. And I'm a huge fan of Hereditary and Midsummer
Not for everyone. But I admire it
21:35 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Detroit is propaganda.
BULLSHIT 🤣 get outta here
@@splattercastpod NOPE and you fell for it
@ No doubt that a guy who lives in a fantasy world is unable to tell movies from real life....lol
