Considering the fact that he actually struggled during the first 10-15 games of his Dodgers career due to his former translator issue, this is just insane.
Even at the opposing ballparks they stand and cheer for him. That's really unheard of, but absolutely wonderful. I think fans learned their lesson when Shohei got booed in Toronto and cranked a homer to silence the crowd. The guy is incredible.
Even still on rehab (for a pitcher), Ohtani's performance really deserves a huge praise. Unlike his time with Angeles, he wouldn't need to feel unnecessary pressure to lead the team anymore, which probably sparks more energy and his natural talent. Ohtani will most likely aim at the WS MVP for 2024!!💪

Ohtani hit the 1st pitch at his 2nd AB facing the same pitcher(starter), he got striking out at 1st AB but made his fast adjustments and hit his 12th HR in next AB.
Such a shame he wasted a few years with the Angels. He, like a few others, should already have at least one World Series under his belt.
