I'm wondering Is this game totally dead or still alive at this point? I played this game in 2021 and haven't heard any news from it anymore.. I really like MMBN in general but this game has so many fun chips to play with and Navis to battle against too. Such a shame when It got banished into shadow realm like that :
The original creator cancelled the game without official reason, now the fans adopted the game on gitgud SHNecro, it's quite dormant development so far.
It was presumed dead at one point when the creator tried to profit off of it, which led to Capcom laying down the C&D ban hammer. Right near the end of the game too. Luckily someone else picked it up and finished it. They started adding in the postgame area too iirc
There hasn't been an update for 2 years but the game is "complete" (main story), just that the postgame is still in development. That said, at this rate, don't expect any multiplayer anytime soon as the dev plan eludes to.
