Lucky Charms Cupcakes

Ingredients:
One white cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup crushed Lucky charms
1/4 cup melted butter
Chocolate cup of Lucky charms marshmallows
Green fondant
Small heart fondant cutter
Gold Lester Gus
Sugar sheets and for me via via green
Many shamrock paper cutter
