People also need to be aware that it causes Atrial Fibrillation which can cause an irregular heartbeat or heart problems from the amt of caffeine in it. It is recommended for high performance athletes in moderation;they can easily burn it during a workout. Even then, it can be dangerous. Moderately, it can cause jitters, anxiety, insomnia and stomach disruptions. Not to mention addiction due to the significantly high levels of caffeine that in it. It becomes like a drug. Many studies have been done on it, so proceed with caution.
SEEEE THESE ARE THE COMMENTS I NEED TO SEE. I definitely can confirm i’m probably addicted them to them and need to figure out how to 100% cut it out of my diet
You are doing it correctly. Slowly ween yourself off of it. Try replacing it with Seltzer or a probiotic and look into berberine to temper your appetite . You did it correctly to get rid of the sugars and bad carbs, I would just get a dietitian to maintain your weight-loss but you def don’t want to lose muscle or bone mass. You will see nothing but problems as you get older in addition to ruin your metabolism.
@@teedee643omg thank you so much for the tips! especially the seltzer cause imma miss the fizz. i’m so scared ill start binge eating like crazy so Ill def talk with a dietitian
@@HaileyLaineBinge eating while trying to wean off stimulants is real 😅. What really helps to curb my appetite now is maintaining a high protein diet with lots of veggies. I started off by replacing my daily Celsius with a 30g protein shake in the morning.
i havent watched your videos in awhile, but i randomly thought of you and i was surprised to see this! it really worried me to see you describe all the side effects that drink had on you. im sending you warm wishes and i hope in a couple months it gets easier to rebuild those healthy eating habits :) much love, -Dee
Honestly - great video! I am finishing up a degree in Kinesiology (health sciences), and I thought I'd "organize" what you said in the video for others to have so they understand where your change came from exactly! Definitely correct me if I refer to any personal views you might've had 🤍 1. Cutting Carbs - this helped you mainly in two ways: reducing calories by cutting out a food group and reducing amount of processed sugar. I am assuming what you meant was "cutting out processed carbs". Fruit is a carb too! Just not as processed as bread or pasta (although whole wheat/brown can be great alternatives). Carbohydrates are the primary source of energy for the brain, no need to cut the natural ones! You can definitely eat bread and pasta, just maybe less/smaller portions. 2. Working Out - 1000%. Especially if you haven't been active to that extent for months or years, getting back to regular exercise is a great way to not only lose weight/tone up, but also improve general health. Cardio helped you blast extra calories on top of cutting out processed foods, and weight training helped you put on muscle mass, which burns some extra calories all day, because muscle requires way more energy than fat. So you didn't necessarily turn fat into muscle - you did what is commonly called "Body Recomposition" - losing fat and building muscle simultaneously! 3. Plateau - most of the time, your body adjusts to lower calories and activity levels. Way to get through is keep going of course, and (if applicable and safe) cut out 50-100 more calories, and either increase exercise intensity or frequency. Celsius and other energy drinks will simply increase your heart rate, and can psychologically motivate you in turn - can you see how this can indirectly get you to move around more? So it's not really the celsius, but you moving around more! Even if it's extra fidgeting :D Again, awesome video, you didn't push anything on your viewers, and just showed your journey. I wanted to go deeper into what you've mentioned because I could see how people without a whole ass degree can get mixed up, which is totally fine because I have been there too years ago!
girl u have to eat carbs to be able to have your brain thinking and working properly. maintain a high protein diet and u won’t feel that luring hungry. u want your brain to be in tip top shape to take care of your two little babies. gotta be quick on ur feet
i use to drink celsius about three years ago and it gave me such bad heart palpitations i never experienced nothing like that before the only plus was the appetite curb😩
Hi Hailey :-))) I also plan on having two kids. I’m a total gym buff and am so paranoid about gaining weight or losing my current body shape. What happens during pregnancy? What can I expect? I also am a 32A so literally the smallest boobs imaginable- will they grow? Love y’all ❤️❤️ I’m 24 and am very very small so I’m terrified of being pregnant and what it’ll do to my tiny fragile body.
Hi babe! Love all the questions soooo if you’re already concerned you’ll probably be more aware and conscious than i ever was! I started a size A and was a D at one point 😭 but they will shrink and if you gain 50-60 lbs expect a little lose skin (mine is mostly my stomach but you can’t really see)
it looks terrible from the back 😭 but it’s funny bc when my stomach was sticking out i didn’t care one bit about my having a fat ass i was like i neeed a flattt tummy NEOW

So how many you have drank in a day not to feel hungry ? Only one through the day ???❤

If your a gym rat you should be fine. 👍 It usually the people that haven't worked out a day in their life that have trouble.

Don’t be afraid! i’m living proof you can get back. plus im sure you will stay in the gym while pregnant so you will be set!
Energy drinks does that. I'm also losing so much now that I'm not eating and only drinking booster.... It's so bad, but it's a habbit
ugh it’s so hard to quit/rechange the habit especially now my stomach shrank so i get full easy
Idk i like being skinny even with no ass, as long as that waist is snatched its worth it. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels 😭
it looks terrible from the back 😭 but it’s funny bc when my stomach was sticking out i didn’t care one bit about my having a fat ass i was like i neeed a flattt tummy NEOW
Breastfeeding makes you hold onto weight aswell
Really? I thought it’s the other way around
@@saltandpepperandmintit definitely is the other way around.
@@saltandpepperandmintliterally the opposite, they probably mixed it up 😂
