hiii ! i’m sorry i won’t be able to give u a direct answer as my answer may be biased towards my school 😬 I think choosing your secondary school depends on many factors. i think you should consider your academic grades. if you can score a very high PSLE score and get into more prestigious schools then go ahead ! but if north vista is in your range then you could consider it. personally i didn’t expect to end up in north vista and was upset with my PSLE score. during the selection process north vista also wasnt my first choice. however, i’m very happy to be in north vista now :). you should also consider location when choosing your secondary school as more travel time means less sleep 💤 you should also consider the CCAs that schools offer as some schools may not offer some CCAs and some schools may be more well known for certain CCAs. Some of the well known CCAs in my school are basketball and modern dance so if you are interested you should join ! i have a friend who has a PSLE score much higher than the cut off point but came to north vista for the modern dance. If you are interested in chinese dance i could tell you more about it as it was my CCA too hahaha. 😝 ohya one more thing to take note of is that my school keeps your phone in the morning. when i was in primary school i always thought secondary school would let us have our phones and was excited about it but turns out my school keeps our phone HAHAHA. u could see it as a good thing tho as people are kind of “forced” to bond more with their friends instead of staying glued to the phone especially on an occasion like secondary 1 orientation where u should spend time getting to know more people. @@57kityuka25 oh no that’s so soon, do your best okay ? i’m sure u got this ! my english and chinese o level oral is over, i was really nervous too and cried during chinese oral but prepared well for english by eating bananas to memorise english content better and took some relaxation pills to calm myself down, maybe you could try that to calm yourself down too. get a good amount of sleep too ! 💤 don’t worry too much about it, i believe you’ll do really well ! 🤗💗🌻
