Surprised you didn't mention anything about the sign that has a picture I a young black child with the words thats says "don't shoot i want to grow up", that is a message in itself. You’d be surprised. Some reactors I saw reacting to him had a knee jerk reaction at him saying the N word and got mad before they listened to the rest. But most that I saw knew he was going somewhere with it. Another good one of his along these lines is The Patriot.

I think "Rap shxt" is my favorite Adam Calhoun song... he literally lit the mic on fire and rapped into it for the video... it was fire!
A few things I have heard: He grew up on the South Side of Chicago in the Black neighborhood. The Cadillac that he is riding on is his. And where I live being called a hillbilly and going hunting to put meat in the freezer is normal. He is friends with, and I understand also grew up with Charles Cossetti, who raps under the name Mesus, which has some good ones that recently dropped called: Armageddon and Christ '21. For skill and fun, you might also look at Ryan Upchurch & Adam Calhoun rapping Back N Forth.

He didn’t grow up on the south side lol. He grew up in new Lenox IL and lives there today. I’ve been on his videos and I’ve been to his house. He’s a great guy! But he’s not ghetto. He did almost 3 years in prison. Adams story is amazing.

Although I'd recommend whoever that would like to get their toes wet with "country rap" is to direct them to Church's first few albums then his recent music. Only reason for that is well....Church started out hardcore rapping then went a lil into the middle but then came back hard after a few yrs.

When I used to watch his videos about three years ago, I loved that I didn't agree with everything he said, but he was honest and did it with a touch of humour, which is always a nice added touch. He lost me when he started using the buzzwords like MSM, and all that shit. To me, it felt like he was starting to really drink the orange Qool-Aid. That said, I think I need to get back and see what he's been up to.
