11:48 ahh i hate thunder as well!! and it’s so not helpful i live in the tropical equatorial climates where there are monsoons every year, with so much thunderstorms all year round. i’ve always been so scared of thunder since young, like whenever i hear a great deep rumble, my heart just can’t help but have the feeling of dropping right into my stomach 😖😖
I just had a mental breakdown from all the lessons i have to due in 3 days...i had to walk away and collect myself. This video popped up at the right time.
One month and a week since I studied for real. I love to study, but I'm so tired and so apathetic. I don't know what to do. I recently (January so not so recently) moved from my apartment and I hate my new place. I'm feeling really bad because it's my last month's on Uni and I fell that I throw my last semester in the garbage. Everyone making plans for master's, and other fancy stuff and I'm completely depressed. In bed everyday and feeling awful. Making plans at night and not doing a da* thing in the next day. I love rain and thunderstorms, but its true that in my country thunderstorms occur only when its summer or fall so we have roughly about maybe five or max six thunderstorms per year. So for me it is almost like Christmas when its raining and stromy. :D

Thats what ive been going through lately, and if i get to choose between yes or no, i think it's more of a yes, it is somehow... The more wrong way Bc when i stufy bc im afraid of something i focus on not feeling bad as a motivation, gradually it made me stressed and unproductive actually, very unproductive, bc of the way i feel about it, i began studying just so i wont feel guilty, more known as the pseudo studying ig, and i developed the fear getting a bad grade, so it kinda resembled anxiety, which you feel like youre in a rollercoaster of emotions, when you fear something so much you start noticing and paying attention to the things that causes it more than a normal person would do, and that's anxiety, i started feeling like time s never gonna be enough, and when i feel like im behind i get too pressed and harsh on myself, and it all started after i got a really bad grade, i used to be the opposite, i used to be a very productive learner, i learn a lot in a short time, and i get good grades So i was stuck, i knew that im doing something wrong, like ive been literaly stopping myself from any leisure time for a month and i still feel i wasn't satisfied, well bc i wasn't productive, which all came from my wrong interpretation of the situation and practicing those emotions on the process But thankfully, i really started giving myself a break, i was so mentally pressed, so i decided to feel better a. Bit and get myself out of that mood, i stood at my window and tried to breath and take a time to reflect and feel present again, i started thinking of the excitement i get after those good grades, and focusing on that feeling, rather than on the fear of bad grades, and that was about it for me, bc at that moment i quit thinking of * what haven't i done yet* that came from the fear of failing as i said, to thinking what i have done and what i can do in the time i still have, i was trying to be confident in me again, and with all those positive feelings, yes i am feeling a lot better about the amount of work i did, bc i started actually being more productive with those emotions helping me Eventually if you feel like youre gonna fail or youre afraid that you will bc you dont see yourself being productive and youre out of time, then you already got nothing to lose, try studying without the fear of failing, but with the love of the grade and learning and doing good and being proud of yourself and the feeling that youre capable
But in another corner, hating bad grades is a good thing, let that drive you not motivate you, i mean that would be in your background brain that you don't settle for little,. That what gets you on the desk and make you attend every lecture, but for the working hard process, you only think about positive things, as my psychology teacher says, worrying is opposite to any learning process KEEP YOUR SPIRIT UP WHILE SITTING IN THE DESK AND STUDYING
Yes. holly I can literally feel you when you said that I redo all the diagrams before adding them in an essay. I don't know why; but changing them and having a bit of flair / own touch to the diagrams is the go to thing which I do in my bio essays 🐨✌🏻 BTW great video !
