Return only after fines are paid and all other punishment complete. 2) Revoke license 3) Massive fines 4) Jail time 5) Driver ed safety training, including how to NOT BE A SOCIOPATH behind the wheel! It would be nice to have people like this monitored to evaluate their future behavior. Entitled driver is probably a rager who endangers people all the time. This idiot should have to PROVE they're no longer a danger to society. Driving is a privilege, not a right. We need to treat it that way instead of what we do now.
