I honestly don't understand how you can be this athletic and not want to play in a league, if I had a 50 inch vertical I'd want to be throwing down in games all the time
bc he is an professional athlete in a different sport that acctually requires to be way more athletic then in basketball. In basketball different skills like shooting, dribbling, decision making and court vision is more important.
hey man, i recently injured my ankle, its still a lil swolen but not too bad. How long do you think it'll take to get my bounce back and what do you do/did whenever you got an ankle sprain?
depends on how bad the ankle injury is. i jumped my highest may 7th and sprained my ankle grade 2 may 13th. it took me until july 15th to jump nearly as good as i was jumping on may 7th and i'm still not really there yet.
@@abovetherimreviews yeah its not that bad i dont think like i can run and jump, but when i put a little more effort into my jump i can feel pain in my heel/calf area. don’t know how long till thats gone

i hurt my ankle two weeks ago. don’t use it and do activities on it cause it’ll get worse. rest it and it shouldn’t take long
