Elizabeth was my first GLP-1 content creator. I so identify with her journey. Some have talked about her being too salesy with her content, but I don’t mind. I take in what I like and ignore the things I’m not interested in. I watch her every day and it’s my daily boost of motivation and support. She’s fun, brutally honest, and raw with her emotions. So with Elizabeth. Absolutely did not matter what diet I was on, I ALWAYS fell back into my sugar addiction. Now, only 6 days in, I am incredulous at how powerful this is. Joyfully looking forward to losing 106 pounds!!!!

There is a lot of things , I can't eat now because I just do not crave it anymore and that's a good thing though for me.! I AM 5FT 10 weighed way over 200 I went from a 16 to 10 so far I have 15 lbs till my goal. I have not been a 10 for 20 years. I am so blessed to have GLP-1 in my life and everyone in the Countless of shopping and Downsized and my wonderful Doctor. So thank you for all that you do for us!❤

Then I found the Downside and have enjoyed getting to know you also. In fact I just joined Mochi today I really feel they will be best suited for the rest of my journey, especially since Fridays went up in price. Thank you

I can't be that active mom because that time has passed but I can be there for my two granddaughters. I can now do those things with my two little ones. They both have been here to see the transformation in me from Obese stage 3 to now being overweight and on my way to NORMAL. They know that I can now climb the stairs to their bedrooms and not have a problem. They see my new clothes and the joy on my face. My oldest one (9 years old) was worried that I would change too much so I promised her that my love for her would never change no matter how much I lose. She was happy with that answer.

Ive been on Zepbound for 9 months and have lost 75 pounds (so far). All the way along Ive wondering if my Grandkids will notice Im shrinking....They havent noticed yet. I think it's like your girls said...they dont notice I'm fat.
Ali of Fit flavor fun researched sites related to insulin and has the science. Scar tissue may alter absorption as that's what stretch marks are. Try to avoid these. You won't hit the muscle due to the length of the needle! (Retired RN)
CD: we have had Ali on for an interview, she is fabulous. The academic scientific research on GLP-1s And shot location is limited to small studies with small samples. I figure it costs nothing to try another site so why not.

I love the Countess of Shopping. I just got my first pair of leggings since high school...lol I'm 54. My daughter noticed them yesterday and said, "So you do like leggings." And I just cleaned out my closet, boxed up my big clothes but can't get rid of them. I don't know why. Maybe I feel like this weight loss is too good to be true. I'm down 50lbs but have about 45 more to lose

CD: Interesting suggestion - that is a webinar designed to train pharmacy’s how to market their medications and source from a 503b. This would include all of the medications they compound and or sell not just GLP-1s. I will take a look but it’s $75 for non members, so we would need to figure out if it’s relevant enough to patients or more technical and professionally focused I have reached out to the FDA about doing an interview and received no response. My guess is they are keeping their head down and seeing what happens with the new administration. Or they have just never heard of us and they only deal with major news outlets.
Yes, back.in the day WW was pushing liver and onions, and Mom jumped.on the bandwagon and we did it every Wednesday. Ugh, it was awful. Also, I can't eat anything grape flavored because Mom always had sugar free grape jello in the fridge.

I did the pineapple diet where it was all you could eat. Ended up with my mouth bleeding.
Me, too! I had massive sores in my mouth!
The Lilly study shows injecting into the stomach has the best weight loss but also the highest side effects.
