can I used azure databricks cluster if i do these steps as you explain in your video. Because I did follow these steps but the cluster is not starting . what could be the problem, should I create new cluster for databricks workspace?

Yes you can use azure databricks, but it is not free. Use databricks community edition, check our databricks playlist for same
Sometimes you see cluster is not created due to less availability of resources in that region.

I did the same thing what u did when I want to use resources to bring up a virtual appliance says error like Ajax extended call failed

Your subscription will be disabled after trial period of one month. Once you upgrade to pay as you go only then you will be able to use the services.
