from past experience having an early draft pick means that player will have a huge impact on your teams, so make sure to trust those scouting reports becuase you dont want to miss on this pick
Love the series hurricane! Just wished you uploaded this series a bit more as I'm a huge fan of it. But keep up the good work as always! Just a few quick tips for the #1 overall pick. I don't think you can go wrong with either fowler or Yamamoto. I would stay away from Saylor (he doesn't have a fastball)and Guardado (HE DOES NOT HAVE ELITE SPEED. ITS ONLY 55 which is barely above average. Everything else about him is also average. A 60 potential power guys is about 15-20 hrs so yeah it's a little pop but not much). Those two pitchers though just comes down to preference. Me personally love folwer as he has 5 pitches, elite control, break, and limiting hits/homers. And remember anything above 50 is above average so he still will strike out guys (it's a 60 out of 80 on the 20-80 scale so he's above average) and also has a 60 potential rating fastball/sinker which will be above average speed as well. Should be like 89-92mph. He's the best complete pitcher in my personal opinion, he's a year younger than Yamamoto and he has a nice variety of pitches he throws (love dem sinkers) but either one works.
The 20-80 scale is what scouts use for rating players. So if someone is rated a potential of 80, that means he could turn out to be an elite player (a rating of 90+. Guys with 70-75 potential are even great as well. Good luck and looking forward to the next episode:D
I have a suggestion for your base running. When you were tagging up from 3rd on the fly all to right its best to hit the button a second before the fielder catches it. There is a small delay from the base runner when you hit the button because they have to accelerate and it normally takes a second for the runner to get off the bag. That play would've been a lot closer had you done that.
Love the series. Did you download updated rosters? I saw another video of the Twins roster that didn't show a lot of the players you have (as you can tell I haven't bought the game yet).
The 1st pick has to be fowler... I love everything about this series but in my opinion it needs to move along a bit faster because in the MLB a team doesn't become better immediately in free agency or the draft it takes years to build a powerhouse
cane you should consider making more moves in the minors. like trades, moving up, moving down. it happens alot in real life. I have a franchise with the braves and started to make alot moves like that and had a great month of June.
similar to NFL in how the pick order is determined, but can't trade picks at all and draft is in middle of season, and players generally don't contribute until multiple years in the future
You should try to trade Joe Maurer.. no point in holding onto his contract trade him for some prospects.. also keep an eye on Jose Berrios.. he is the Twins best pitching prospect (I'm from Rochester so I get to see him a lot).. just some food for thought but it's your series.
draft maxwell fowler because you need another young pitcher that can give you great production for your franchise in the short future. Hopefully Ramero can stay consistent with his success and continue it through his career.
Maxwell Fowler HAS to be the pick. He's 90+ potential.
Really impressed with the Rookie pitcher. He could be something special.

Romero is going to be a star if he keeps it up
I love this series... but I think it's time to up the hitting difficulty 20 hits with the TWINS lol
I know I'm late, but it's also the Orioles
what hitting settings do u use ?
Romero must have been raised on a goat farm down there in the Dominican Republic.
What level are you playing on?
Too easy
What difficulty do you play on
what setting do you play on
For some reason i dont know, i`m not a fan of players that don´t even have a profile pic, but boy, Romero is good...
LETS GO
Can someone remind me what rosters Cane downloaded to get all of the prospects
Bonus TUBE Thanks!
How does the draft work in baseball is it similar to nfl/nba ?
similar to NFL in how the pick order is determined, but can't trade picks at all and draft is in middle of season, and players generally don't contribute until multiple years in the future
Joshua Katz thanks

Jerry Cappon Mauer's got a NTC
isak_dinesen14 not a thing in this game
Just for reference, a lot of other dynasty series on RUclips are in the playoffs.
how is Jose Berrios doing in AAA?
Better now than before. ERA is coming down.
MrHurriicane you should consider calling him up after the trade deadline
Tien Duc are you vietnamese?
Live stream draft?
rule 5 draft is in the offseason usually around early december
Maxwell Fowler is the guy
draft maxwell fowler because you need another young pitcher that can give you great production for your franchise in the short future. Hopefully Ramero can stay consistent with his success and continue it through his career.
Loads of fun to watch and if you have any other starting caliber players at third I feel like Sano could thrive as a DH
Hey Cane I don't want to sound stupid but what is whip
Connor Ochuida walks and hits per innings pitched...basically if it's under 1 your a very good pitcher...ERA is more important though
Connor Ochuida walks plus hits per inning pitched
walks
hits
innings
pitch
Connor Ochuida it's all good I didn't know either
kaden munden walk and hits per innings pitched
Gotta go offense early in the draft
its dumb because in the sim they lose so often but then when he actually plays he destroys
I know this is a 4 year old video, but I audibly scoffed when Chris Davis was referred to as a power bat.
do a rockies franchise you should stream mlb the show 17 franchise on youtube
Let your players develop in the minor
