They need to take corrective and preventative action… We will ask questions and ask questions hard.. Every dictator tries to build some landmark buildings to leave some legacy. Mughals did that, Hitler did that, so there is nothing wrong if Modi did that also. The only problem I have is that he announced and started the project when Covid was at its peak and the opposition asked him to allocate the funds to support MSMEs instead of spending on a new parliament building. Also, the project was rushed based on instructions from the PMO, and that is where the quality was compromised. The same happened with Bharat Mandapam Building where we saw the basement and tunnel flooding. For Central Vista and particularly for the new parliament building, the officer from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs was D Thara, a Gujarat cadre officer who served as Ahmedabad Municipal Commissioner and had handed all contracts in the civic body to Bimal Patel. Not many people know about Bimal Patel and his proximity to Modi. As joint secretary in the ministry, D Thara was in charge of the entire project. Last year she was promoted to additional secretary in the ministry. The corruption angle should also be investigated.

The NO KIN NOR RELATIVES argument would have stood if he had not given massive favors and concessions to Adani and Ambani. He calls Ajit Pawar corrupt, and a week later makes him join the party? How many more examples do you need? If corruption in the Government was investigated, the entire cabinet could be in jail.
