Kevin O'Leary: Wary of WeWork IPO

- Опубликовано: 7 май 2019
- What does Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary think about WeWork heading for IPO? He thinks founder Adam Neumann is great, but isn't bullish on tech companies that still haven't proven that they're profitable.
Investment is the upper hemisphere of wealth. This is one more reason why you must save and invest to ensure profit and ensure success.
Working with Larry Kent Nick has really changed my life a lot, there was a time when I almost quit trading (investing in cryptocurrencies) due to several losses, but he gave me the opportunity to invest with him, I was able to recover everything. my losses and my earnings are linked thanks to his experience and his strategies.
What a coincidence !! . I started working with him a few weeks ago when a friend introduced me to him. The commission he charges is fair compared to his weekly earning efforts. I appreciate Larry's services.
You can easily reach out to him on Instagram

Well this aged nicely
You can always count on Mr. Wonderful to say it as it is.
Lol
@@ajsky1066 Its ironic, Einstein
:-D
@@pedrososap It's not, Kevin was right
This aged even better during the corona virus period!
A great entrepreneur... not a chance. A great salesman...absolutely
Bullshit-- Modern-Day-Con Artist,, Repackaged as a "Hipster"... George Carlin couldnt "Writte" this shit.
He and Mark Cuban are salesmen through and through.
As the AI in Wargames said, 'What's the difference'?
Skimming money from investors🤣 it’s a massive Ponzi scheme !
Guy walked away with billions
4 mths later he is right !! my Idol. always love him
When he says entrepreneur I think he means con-artist. All he did was trick other people out of their money.
I love this channel!!! Excellent interview!!!
very honest and smart advice from kevin
Mr wonderful is always right! He read wework perfectly
He was SO spot on!
Love this guy 👏🏻👏🏻
He's a great entrepreneur and if you invest in him you are screwed... Sarcasm, Kevin O'leary?
He is right, he is a great entrepreneur, he knows exactly how to talk people that don't know any better out of their money. You can't be a business like that... sarcasm.
And this is why he is the OG
First time I have seen a slap to investors with a thank you!
I think investors forgot the difference between value and valuation. The value of Uber and Lyft is next to nothing.
@@mipmip5759 *confused Softbank noises*
Well, he made a ton of cash so I guess that makes him an entrepreneur, but hell, they rent office space
Don't forget that he trademarked WE, so the company will always owe him money until it finally goes belly up, I have yet to even find Wework stock anywhere, I've only heard of this scam of a company a few days ago.
she is BIG
I'd invest
She really is. Kevin O'Leary is 5'10, so not a small guy himself.
You know. When you sell under cost in order to get market share, whats that called? That is called dumping.
1:20 Jamming technique with Lyft and Uber? Does this work? Anybody using this tactic?
I learned a lot until the end... These IPO's are speculations... But there is no reason to be so confident in the next election... He may be right, but it's fifty fifty
The deregulation that is currently driving the market will also bite back. Look at how well Boeing ended up with FAA deregulation to self-certification.
This Kevin O’Leary fellow is such a funny guy.
The truth had being spoken
He is back. This time round its even crazier. Just concept and its already valued at a billion. Too much money
Mr. Wonderful baby!
1:20 wth is this still possible? I've heard of drivers doing this to get the best rate but not this.
The WeWork bit aged well....3:53 makes me laugh
I don’t think Mr O’Leary was wrong about Mr Neumann being a ‘great entrepreneur’, yet.
To be fair, Mr Neumann has taken £700ml off the table. Regardless of how you cut it, that’s a significant profit for himself from a very difficult market.
I should point out that I believe the comment was a little tongue-in-cheek...
If you listen to the rest of his sentence its definitely sarcasm!
he da man!
I love it!!!! HA
Wework = We don't work
I love Kevin, and I apologize for this irrelevant question but... is he super short or is this lady a giant?...
Come on WEWORK must to able to be An Property Company has revenue better than $ 5 B. :)
2:15: He predicted the bankruptcy of WeWork, g2otta give it to this man.
How can O'Leary call Neumann a "great entrepreneur" when he just said WeWork generates no profit and the business model is doomed to failure?
Because that POS created a company, got a huge bank to invest a shit ton of money in it, and then paid him 1.7 BILLION to walk away from it.
@@cobbb11 - He didn't even trick them. He told them he would have all the control over the company. They could either pay him to walk away or let 8 billion go down the drain.
Because he personally made a ton of money. Hundreds of millions I believe. That’s a damn good entrepreneur. Doesn’t mean the company is any good
We work we suck
This aged well; Wework just reported that they had an accounting mistake and will be re-stating their earnings.
O'wary was right on not investing in WeWork. All the other stuff? Well not so much and I thunk this was before he or his wife killed that vacationer with their sports boat.
"this administration will not lose the white house, they are going into it with a buoyant economy and no unemployment. " true dat. lol
😂😂
this got old quickly
Kevin O'Leary calling Newman a great Entrepreneur? Someones scratching someone else's back!!! What on Earth! Kevin O'Leary... have you lost your mind.
Peter Suwara did you watch the video? It was obviously sarcasn
He uses lots of business jargon and confuses you...business is not that complicated mr wonderfool !!
You wont be confused if you are into business. I wonder which part you didnt understand?
Caroline is beautiful
Uhh what are you talking about she's 6'1 and built like a linebacker, what kind of women are you into?
@@np494609 Women like her are amazing. She also have a pretty face.
Nick P 😂
"He's brilliant. He's a fantastic entrepreneur."
"That model has gone bankrupt multiple time before."
Um, if he was brilliant and a great entrepreneur he wouldn't be putting forward an idea that has failed multiple time before.
Adam Neumann sounds more like a scam artist than he does a brilliant and a great entrepreneur
S A R C A S M
@@collectmail3088 well he is a scam artist now we know....
Not sure this guy would know a great entrepreneur if one fell on him.
Kevin uses sarcasm..
1:26 fakest story I've ever heard.
This aged poorly
Wework was trash
If his company is a money loser then how is he a great entrepreneur
The Uber story doesn’t make sense. You’re charged $5 for canceling a ride with Uber. If you’re canceling a $10 Uber ride because Lyft is offering $9, you’d end up paying $14 for a $9 ride.
You can see the price before you order it.
In India we can wave off the cancellation fee, I do that sometimes when the competitor olacabs provides a better price
@Siddharth Kumar US has Lyft
Deregulation = Conservative Government = Good business.
You have neither intelligence nor wisdom if you believe that shit you posted.
@@glennbeck9496 No all deregulation are bad or good. We still need some rules to protect the health and safety of people. The regulatory reforms in 2017 were great.
Tell that to Boeing and how well their self-certified planes stay up in the air.
@@mipmip5759 I call bs...my guess is that whatever regulation that was prior to it would not have stopped Boeing.
