die schönen Bilder haben mich wieder voll getriggert. Glücklichkeitsfaktor: da haben´s die Finnen ja auch leicht: von der Sauna in den See, dann in´s Saunafass (palju) und ein Bier dazu... dann wieder von vorn 😉
Finnische Saunakultur: Ein Erlebnis für Körper und Seele 🇫🇮
Das kann ich gut verstehen! Die Bilder von Finnland sind wirklich wunderschön und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass sie dich inspiriert haben.
Der Glücklichkeitsfaktor der Finnen ist wirklich beeindruckend. Und ich glaube, dass ihre Saunakultur einen großen Teil dazu beiträgt.
Sauna ist für die Finnen mehr als nur ein Ort zum Schwitzen. Es ist eine Lebenseinstellung und eine Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen, Stress abzubauen und die Gesundheit zu fördern.
Der Wechsel zwischen Sauna, See und Saunafass ist ein tolles Erlebnis. Es ist erfrischend, belebend und einfach wunderbar.
Und ein kaltes Bier nach der Sauna ist natürlich das perfekte i-Tüpfelchen.
Ich bin sicher, dass du bei deinem nächsten Finnland-Besuch auch die Gelegenheit haben wirst, die Saunakultur zu erleben. Und ich bin mir sicher, dass du es genauso genießen wirst wie die Finnen.
In Finnland gibt es mehr Saunen als Autos.
Die meisten Finnen gehen mindestens einmal pro Woche in die Sauna.
Sauna ist ein wichtiger Teil der finnischen Kultur und Tradition. 🇫🇮
Ich hoffe, ich konnte dir einen kleinen Einblick in die finnische Saunakultur geben.

Das Video ist so falsch, dass es schon gefährlich ist
Huomenta, Micha🤔Irgendwas stimmt nicht mit Deiner Rechnung Saunen:Einwohner🤫. Ansonsten stimme ich Deinen Ausführungen zu 100% zu! Und - mal ganz ehrlich - man kann Finnland niemandem erklären, der noch nie dort war. Ich habe 18 Finnland-Besuche zwischen 3 und 6 Wochen "hinter mir" und war vom ersten Besuch einfach nur total begeistert von Land und Leuten. Antti, mein alter Freund, der leider nicht mehr lebt, hat mir sehr viel "rübergebracht" und hat es mal auf den Punkt gebracht: "Nach Finnland kommt man entweder nur einmal oder immer wieder!"👍Rate mal, zu welcher Kategorie ich gehöre .... Stimmt,- ich hab auch schon welchen abgeraten nach Suomi zu reisen. Ich dagegen war wohl an die 50 Mal da oben und "muss" auch diesen Sommer wieder hin 🤩
