Where do we find the plastic spacers to replace the clutch packs? They are discontinued from the RZR's. I checked the clutch pack cages and they seem to work just fine for spacers. Why can't a guy just pull the clutch discs out and use the clutch housings for spacers?
I have a sportsman 500 and it won’t shift into 4x4, I got into it and realized I didn’t have any ADC fluid into it. I don’t know if it’s shot or weather it’ll come back if I add fluid or if it’s just an unrelated issue. 🤷🏻♂️
I have a 2013 Sportsman with ADC.. I’m trying to diagnose a problem and maybe you can help. When you hit the switch for 4wd it shows it’s in 4wd but the front wheels won’t turn under load unless you give it lots of throttle. So basically it won’t engage in to 4wd unless you give it the beans. At slow speeds nothing. But if you lift it off the ground all 4 tires spin no problem and 2wd and 4wd work as they should. I’m thinking maybe the sprague cage maybe broken as it’s the plastic one. Just gonna see what you think! Thanks for any help.
I ain't never been a big Polaris fan but I'll be damn if this bike ain't bad ass. I might be wrong but that's a hillard fiff ain't it so is it a locking front diff?
My mechanic removed the ADC on my 2014 Polaris Sportsmen 550 Touring EPS. When I put it in ADC mode it makes a loud metal clunking sound, is that normal?
You know a thing or two about a thing or two!!! Good video bro 👍🏻

Very well explained, thanks.
Did this work properly when you reinstalled or did it through any engine codes ? Did 4x4 engage and disengage properly cause I want to try this
What part did you need to replace to fix the 4x4, the cage didn't look broken
Hey, great vid... wondering if you still have a piston to get rid of?? One of mine melted! I’d buy one if you have it spare! Thanks!

I would guess your sprag assembly is destroyed. I would pull it apart before it destroys more stuff.
Very educational
I have a 2007 polaris 800 sportsman with ADC, can i disengage it without taking the front diff apart Thanks ,
Derrick Hann yes. There is a plug with 4 wires. 2 of the 4 are for the ADC.
You didn't show how you changed the pinion bearing
Did any check engine light code come when deleting this? I bought a 850xp that has code 520203 5 not sure if they deleted the ADC before
Where are you located you do good work.
Thank you very much, I am in East Texas
Ok
What did you end up doing with the wires?

curtis snow Thanks man it's a beast and yes the Hillard, true 4x4 all the time.

Were can get plastic spacer or what can i use?? Or can I put together with out that collar?
I had a subscriber send me a set as you cant buy them by themselves.
@@Solitude313 OK thanks for the reply back
Do you have measurements from those plastic spacers?
What is the best thing to clean a fourwheeler with chemical wise?
Im always experimenting. Nothing just makes it fall out. ZEP is probably the best but just have to be very careful with it;
One more question... what lines do you have to vent besides the diffs on your rzr
Rzr 8 Hunnid Transmission, Transfer Case, Gas Tank, and Front/Rear Diff. Then there's the Weep Hole, Coolant Overflow and the Throttle Body Drain
SolitudeCustoms where is the throttle body drain
At the base of the Throttle Body with a Check Valve
Do you ever really take your rzr out of low since you ride mostly mud
Rzr 8 Hunnid Everytime I ride. I'm not afraid to put it in anything
Do you have to run the nylon spacers?
I have a sportsman 850xp! Where do I find the parts to delete my adc?
Really dont need any parts. Just gut some things and leave it out.
@@Solitude313 hey? Still around? I need a piston if it’s still sitting around your shop... it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
Hey man what year is your rzr
2009
SolitudeCustoms cool I just got an 08 800 and it’s great
Why was it in water for 5 years? Lol is there a video?
Check partszilla they might have it
Carter Hoch They did but still not worth it
Oh ok
Hey what’s a good clutch or clutch kit for my 08 Kawasaki brute force 750?
V-Force John is all I ever hear about for Kawasaki so I would have to go with those.
SolitudeCustoms have you heard of the epi performance clutch kit? If so is worth it ?
Why not just keep the clutch pack on and not need a spacer and cancel out the rest
