I'm so happy you enjoyed Dandadan, I do 100% recommend Reading/Reacting to the Manga, I've been reading for almost 3 years and the art is so stunningly good.
To be completely fair, this WAS animated at a 24 episode Season 1 with Cour 1 and Cour 2. It's not up to them how they market it unfortunately. I do agree though, starting the Cursed House Arc is a bad choice if you're only gonna do 2 episodes.
When Okarun tried to interfere in setting the table and started singing, he was singing the ending of the animé Slam Dunk. Jiji cut him off then started singing the opening song of Slam Dunk. They were cutting each other of as if playing defense in basketball. This feels way too nostalgic for people in their 30s.
Very interesting way of reaction format. I assume you don’t get any copyright this way correct? I’m a fan of having the entire reactions of the episode as well but I know many people might not typically like it. I plan to do a big one piece arc next year so maybe this could be something to look into. Any advice or tips would be great! You’re the man Roger!
This is actually a rather long arc, so they basically ended this episode right when the $hit hits the fan and everyone is in danger. This arc is going to be like half the episodes of the next 12 episodes.
If you include the evil eye arc it's 29 chapters more (34-62), so to clear up this will take some time But I agree with people that wanted it to end earlier (say when they travel there, or when jiji can't sleep)
I think they def wanted to leave people in danger but I think I would’ve preferred if they did one more ep and… (spoilers) Left off after Momo takes down the creepy guys with granny and then come back to the house to see Jiji and Okarun beat up.

@@arbitraryify I feel like it was possible since there are anime with 13 episodes as opposed to 12. But true that would’ve cost more and would’ve been something they would’ve had to plan for. And that’s true they can go through material quick so I could see it being half an episode. There’s 2 chapters so they maybe could’ve done half the episode with the fight and the later half scaling and talking before getting to the house but it wouldn’t be the fast pace they have been doing.
@chrissolace I'm sure they could have, but one more would also break the haunted house up even more That said I think the main issue some have is just the brutal cliffhanger And that was a choice by them, as 30 seconds more and Momo would be out and safe
I would suggest reading up to this, or try the bonus chapter that they skipped The manga is wonderful, and it's not always the case the the anime tops the manga here
