It's my opinion that the Elizabeth Craft Design Clear Double Sided Adhesive is THE best on the market. I love it. Thanks for this new technique. I cannot believe that I have not thought about doing this.
so cool that this showed up today. I wanted to get some of that glitter while I'm in Marlboro next week and Now I know exactly which vendor has it and I have a reminder of how to do this type of decoration. I did one card at an expo previously and want to do more. LOVE IT.
I can't wait to shop their booth. Maybe Els will be there this year. I used the Merry Christmas sentiment last year on my cards, and now have a new technique (stenciling) I can use on this years Christmas Cards. Thanks Els
Another great tutorial and I am absolutely going to use this masking technique for my Christmas cards this year. I have quite a few holiday Technique Friday video's I love - from this year but also from other years - but I am going to pick this one as my favorite because I am actually going to use this technique. I enjoyed the part that you cut out another part from the silver background. I do that too (must be because I am a 'frugal' Dutch girl in America, LOL).

Just got a lot of the glitters and will try this this! Was the White glitter you used Cool Diamond or Warm Diamond or?? Love the saving the stencils for later idea helpful tip as well!
Hi Lillian, for this project Els used the White Silk Microfine Glitter. If you wanted to use one of the Diamond colors, we would suggest the Cool Diamond to compliment the Silver, but both would look great! :)
I love this project. I especially like glitz and glitter. Classic simple and elegant card.
